FORENSIC ANALYSIS

Our Forensic Analysis service collects workstream data and archives it for future analysis. The service does not include routine scorecard reports or analysis. Ad hoc, retrospective analysis could be used , for example, to measure the impact on productivity of new systems, management reorganizations, new procedures and facility changes. In addition, this service can help customers responsd to HR issues and satisfy security, audit, SOX and HIPPA reporting and compliance requirements.
