Who is really using your computers?

A global law firm spotted an unusual cluster of off-hours computer activity. The workstream analysis allowed them to determine the exact nature of the suspicious activity; primarily confidential data file copies and AOL instant messaging. Enlightened with this information, the law firm discovered that a contracted office cleaning firm paid several employees to obtain their user IDs and passwords and they were selling the confidential information.
