SCORECARD SERVICE

The Productivity Scorecard service is our ongoing productivity management service which tracks Productivity-KPI's over time. "C-level" executives, department heads and managers review these scorecards on weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals to quickly identify productivity gaps and opportunities.

This service collects workstream data and delivers scorecards with standard P-KPI's and other productivity indicators that allow companies to analyze and understand:

The scorecard service is a daily management tool for measurements of an organization's vital signs. In addition to knowing exactly what the "productivity pulse" of the organization is, management can see powerful historical and peer group comparisons. Additional features include:
