Vital Signs

The true power of Prodyx lies in the power of its reporting which we call "Vital Signs". Just as a physician monitors vital signs of patients to determine their health, Prodyx monitors and reports the vital signs of an organization. Standard Prodyx Vital Signs are:

These are "standard' outputs from the service but Prodyx also enables you to "slice & dice" data in a variety of ways to create custom reports and scorecards with productivity key performance indicators (P-KPI's).  This output can then be distributed in real-time or on a scheduled basis  giving customers the ability to provide actionable metrics for managers and executives. For customers with internal report writing capabilities, Prodyx provides access to customer data through an ODBC or web services interface, enabling customers to use widely available tools such as Crystal Reports, IBM's Cognos or SAP's Business Objects to perform detailed analysis and generate their own reports.
